Madison was known in the late 1980s and early 1990s as the porn actress Madison. She is a member of the AVN Hall of Fame and has performed in over 100 movies. In 1993 she was voted the XRCO Favorite Female. She is best known as the Scream Queen.

Stone was known for what was at the time a very unique look, sporting multiple piercings in her nose, tongue and cleavage and numerous tattoos. In bringing a taste of the Hollywood heavy metal scene to the previously strictly-glamour hardcore porn scene, she paved the way for the body modification that is much more common in the porn movie industry today.

In addition to her work in porn, Stone appeared in several "mainstream" films, such as the 1992 B-movie Evil Toons (with fellow porn actress Barbara Dare) and the 1996 Sylvester Stallone action film Daylight.

Madison has retired from porn movies and is currently the lead singer of a rock band called Kiss The Monkey (2005).
