Kristi Myst is a native of Simi Valley, California. Kristi was working as a dental assistant in Los Angeles and trying to make ends meet when she decided to get into the adult entertainment industry. She did a cover shoot for Hustler magazine and layouts for High Society and New Rave before making the jump into porn movies in 1996.

She was in Xtreme Pro Wrestling in 1999 and feuded with Lizzy Borden. During her time in XPW, she took part in an 'invasion' of Extreme Championship Wrestling's Heat Wave 2000 PPV, wherein several XPW wrestlers attended the ECW event for the express purpose of disrupting the proceedings. Several eyewitnesses reported that Myst either pushed, or grabbed the breasts of, ECW's Francine Fournier, during the latter's performance at ringside; A melee insued and most of ECW's locker room ran to ringside to escort the XPW invaders out of the building. She then went on to become part of the Wrestling Vixxxens website with Tammy Lynn Sytch and Missy Hyatt in 2001.

In 2002 she left the porn business, married and is now raising a child.
